  • @elitesniperface to me, running is good for endurance training, but I don't see the point in running too much.

  • @STFRxKRyPToNiiTE i agree, i did a marathon and now despise running lol, it's like cricket, it's shite, but i can and am quite good, just dont see the fun in it

  • @STFRxKRyPToNiiTE

Actually running is not good for wrestling at all. They should do more weight stuff, complexes and circuit training. Check out Zack Even-Esh stuff on this.

  • @AMillerStephen

Yeah prolly, but there are a lot of grip specific exercises you can do. Or do pull ups on towels, ropes etc.

  • Its called isometric holds, might want to do that with a sandbag or something.

  • yeah were i live there is a boxing/kickboxing place to train and i applied for it. so hopefully they will call me and let me know if i can train there.

  • did i ever in that comment say that i do not like to do hard work i played football for 3 years so i know what its like to run i just said i hate running

  • What a stupid comment.

You're saying "I'm big, should i wrestle, I don't like doing hard work." .. Then no you shouldn't wrestle, it'll be hard work and your size won't matter 'cause you'll be fighting in weight classes.

  • @STFRxKRyPToNiiTE Well I didnt wrestle in high school and I was told to but I didnt want to deal with the running too. I joined the Marine Corps about 5 months ago and to be honest it sucks to run at first but once u get in shape its easy and fun to be honest. But yea I'd say either take wrestling or join a brazilian ju-jitzu class

  • @DariusKant hmm so squating and deadlifting is going to increase ur grip strength in wrestling and bjj?
