@yehrightify I was merely stating biblical fact in a calm and rational manner. It was not necessary for you to be deffensive and rude. Jesus was arrested for stating that he was God. You can't say somethin you havn't read is meaningless. If you live your life only by the Old Testament you are missing out on God's greatest gifts. Those gifts are salvation, compassion and grace. In the Old Testament you must follow every law perfectly all the time or you go to Hell. Perfection is impossible.

I understand where you're coming from and I'm not a fan of the TV envangelists either, but you seem misguided. God gave us a whole Bible and he expects us to apply it to our daily lives, otherwise how will we better ourselves for him. Not to mention if you don't believe in the New Testament then that would mean you don't believe in Jesus, and if that's the case you will not go to heaven, and that would be horrible because God created us to be with him.

@beauzx12 Nah, really nothing is happening. Read the bible for what it is/was, trying to apply it to today like some TV Evangelist is just nonsense. Worse because the people who push this, Jack Van Impe and the rest are churning in billions from the easily deluded. I have no faith in the NT which was written 40-70 years after the death of Jesus and which was selectively manipulated by the Church of Rome. My god is the god of the Old Testament. Read the Testament of St. Thomas.

@yehrightify If you would just take a second to read the bible you would find that some of the things that it says will happen ARE happening. signs of the end of time for example.. Read Luke chapter 21 and let me know if it rings a bell. oh and after you read it i hope it burns in your mind like a fire and you keep your eye on the sky

@V0r4xiz  Of course i believe it... i dont need physical evidence because I KNOW that i know that i know. Until you accept Jesus and have a relationship with him you will NEVER feel and know what i know as a christian. But on judgement day when you are standing before an almighty God then you too will be a believer =) but by then its too late of course. Things will really HEAT up and it will be HELL. ha pun.

Christianity is an invention, and Christians are generally utter hypocrites. The older I get the more inclined I am to reject Christianity, and accept instead the god of the Jews or the Old Testament. If you remove the magic and miracles it's a 'human' story. We should all have progressed beyond believing in magic and miracles, or accepting any opinion without question.
