@kingofnone you're doing it wrong. transmission is the same between the 6.5 and gasser. so is final drive ratio. The diesel is torquier but ratio is exactly the same.

@kingofnone i have to agree i have a 95' chevy z71 10 inch lift on 36" IROC boggers and solid axle dana 44 in front i can make it threw anything almost. these hummers aren't ment to be driven off road especially the civilian style.

I've gotten the true military HMMWV stuck in plenty of times. Tires dont mean shit. And I know how to drive off-road.

@kingofnone Yes they do have the same tires as the military ones if you buy the right package. But ANYTHING can get stuck. I have winched many a military style Hummer over hills when they high center on trail rides Dude..It happens to the bet of them.

rofl.. who buys hummers? the only badass ones were the military ones or the current military ones.. the civilian hummers are just dumb.. even the civilian military look alikes.. you don't have the tires they throw on those and you don't have the low end gears they have.. that 6.5 in them has some LOOWWWW gears..

its more of a driver thing than anything. You can get any jeep or fj cruiser stuck or roll over if you give it a wrong driver.
