If you notice, the photo story file is saved as a .wmv which can be easily imported into movie maker. the author didn't mention this, but it works perfectly.

Click Next. Click next again. Click Install. Wait for Install. Open Photo Story. Click next
Click Import Pictures. Click Okay. Now click next. Click next again. Click this little arrow. Click Yes. Create Music. Click next.
