Makhov gives Russia its sixth gold medal

Russia's Bilyan Makhov defeated Olympic bronze medalist and Pan-American Games gold medalist Alexis Rodriguez in the 120kg men's Freestyle World Championships. Makhov's gold medal was the sixth gold medal for Russia in this world championship series. (WCSN, WCSN.com, Tiemp21)

The "caucasus" were considered apart of Asia until 1864 after mass genocides there.

The term Caucasian is irrelavent itself. It comes from Kavkazian. Greeks called us Kavkasians, Romans made up the word Caucasian. Romans often replace K's with C's in there spellings.

@turnbacktime All white people are called Caucasians now, because of the bones of the first white human was found in Caucasus region. But Actual Caucasians are people living in that Caucasus region Georgians, Chechens, Ingushs, Dagestanis so on. North Caucasus is occupied by Russia and is officially now part of Russia so people from those small republics are Caucasian. Caucasians have completely different culture, language, appearance.
