How to Draw Bolt Tutorial Part 1/2

This one is for BoltLover711, who really wants to learn to draw Bolt. Being my first training video, it could use a few improvements, but I believe it serves its purpose nicely. This is the first of 2 parts, because of YouTube's time limit.

I apologize in advance for the somewhat poor lighting, moving camera, and my sniffling. I only hope this helps many of you in your quest for finding your inner Bolt :). I am still learning myself, so if I made any mistakes, or misconstrued any information, do feel free to comment. Thanks again!

Also, please note how I'm holding the pencil. It's much more artistic and fluid like this, rather than how one writes. This was me drawing my 500th Bolt for my previous video. As I was distracted a bit, it didn't come out quite the quality I'd like. But it's a good start.

Appreciate the compliment. I plan to keep at it, when my work life doesn't take over like it has in the past. I try to maintain a balance between work and play. To me, art is play, but I do take it seriously.

Thanks for writing. I am always open to ideas, and may even implement some in my future videos. Though, at the moment, I am not at a point to be able to take individual art requests. Keep checking in. I plan to have more videos before too long.
