Maybe to someone who's never listened to anything by Pain of Salvation. Nervous pained vocals are not exclusive to any one band, least of all the nupuke garbage that is Korn.

@terminalfrost22 people are talking about Korn because the voicing the Einar uses is very likely influenced by Korn.
And even if that's not the case, it is undeniably very similar. Especially in the second bridge (7:25)! It's outright obvious.
