@nikoz78 I didn't know about him before he died, sadly. I would have loved to have seen him perform live if only once.

I can't speak for everyone but I don't everyone who likes Elliott Smith is a hipster who only listens to dead people.

I also doubt he killed himself. Remember that the wounds were inconclusive and the girlfriends story was very, very bad.

His music is deep, beautiful, emotional and best of all honest. He cared about what he sang. No one is entertained by his death.
