He doesn't need it, unless if he has a balance issue. I've met a dog who had only three legs. She didnt need a wheelchair and she adapted just fine, she was still faster than the other dog the family owned. most dogs do well with just 3 legs. If they lost two, thats more serious for them.

i don't think he needs it, he's got still 3 healthy legs as far as i can see, and it would be much more comfortable for him without the chair....
