If it helps raise my PH level it's worth trying. But I think I'd start with Colloidal Sliver. But I will take a 1oz shot of Organic ACV when I get a headache. Works every time...Enjoy., now go play in the street.

@Julie5510 Why don't you plop back on the couch and flip on Dr. Oz sounds like he's got something on a new holistic miracle cancer fighting supplement called Apple cider Vinegar.

@Julie5510 I've heard of that saying let me amplify it for you... "If you can't lie then keep your mouth shut." yes I Attended school for this and worked for a Dietetic research center. you need to take a step back and look at GNC as a company and they people they have on their research development team. Neurosurgeons, Urologists, Registered Dietitians, the list goes on.Don't believe me? Look up Dr. Joseph Maroon, not only a Neurosurgeon but a Triathlete. He works on the Longevity factors by GNC

@haven600 Have you ever heard 'If you can't say something nice, keep your mouth closed'. Don't reply to what I post. Your talking school, aren't you the one with "W"'s next your name! Go play in the street,

@Julie5510 btw Natures fingerprint got standardized to "Herbal plus" which is their organic herb line pushed beyond the "raw" herb product fads. you get the active component extract that does what clinical research says for that particular herb so theirs a control on what you're ingesting.

@Julie5510 Gnc uses 100% natural content multivitamins, the external enteric coating which makes 0.15% of the volume of the pill protects it from stomach acid so your micelles can absorb the nutrients. your stomach lining doesn't absorb nutrients. organic also means it isn't cleaned or tested 150 checks and balances by the USP for weights and measurements. "whole food capsules" get digested NOT Absorbed. instead of making this up as you go maybe you should attend an entire semester of school.

@haven600 GNC is allowed to use the word Natural because they use <1 (less than 1) part natural ingredient and 99 part SYNTHETIC. The FDA allows this.
I ask you is this protecting us or big business and guess who makes these 'synthetic' ingredients? Your vitamins have to say 'from whole foods or organic'. If the word 'Organic' is used they are NOT allowed to add synthetics.
I believe GNC has a line called Natures Fingerprint. and they put synthetic in these as well. I've gotten the before.

He's RIGHT.
Synthetic vitamins vs. Natural 'Food" vitamins!!!!
Google it.

I have been using Nature's Way "Alive" Multi-Vitamin. Not sure it is completely and entirely made from natural foods but I have been using them for over a year. Contains enzymes and probiotics and amino acids.
You look realy healthy by the way.
The best affordable multi without selling your soul to mlm is Life Force Multiple, on AMAZON.
