It will work on all phones running Windows mobile 5.0 and higher, i haven't tried it on any WM device lower then that. but for sure any HTC Phone.

Yeah, Just place the .Mp3 file under my documents (DEVICE/MYDOCUMENTS/"YOUR MP3 FILE)
