How to hot-plug a pcie card that is installed in the Magma EB7x8 Gen2 expansion chassis. In order to perform the hot-plug, the Magma EB7X8 Gen2 chassis should have the Hot-Plug feature enabled first. And the chassis should and always be connected to a computer. You can't hot-plug a PCIE card when the host computer is not attached (and turned on). Also, the PCIE card must support hot-plug, meaning the PCIE card is hot-pluggable
