Training during ramadhan (fasting) with no food or water for the passed 16 hours
Am doing power cleans with 60kg, 70kg and 80kg i didnt go any higher as i didnt have any energy, felt soo weak and tired
40kg x 8 lifts
60kg x 5 lifts
70kg x 5 lifts
80kg x 8 lifts
then did few Snatches
*2nd week of fasting and am feeling hungry, tired and weak!
