Beautifully done asanas demonstrating great balance, flexibility, strength and control. This kind of skill comes with much dedication and practice. Very inspiring.

You have an amazing practice. I really enjoy watching you. You are a true inspiration. I am a yoga instructor myself, but because I am in school, I have not been teaching, nor have I been practicing regularly. I am going to start Ashtanga yoga classes within the next week (school will be over) and watching you makes me more and more excited about starting. THANK YOU!!!

Amazing!!!! Im just a 2 month learner and hope to become this good!!! Greetings from Mexico
Hi Brady, first find a teacher you like, there are many different teachers with different styles. once you have a teacher that fits what you look for things should fall into place quiet easely. Good Luck

amazing... how long have you been practicing for? great strengt and balance! congrats
any tips for beginners? do you also do machine training?
topes1994 5 years ago
Thanks, I have been practicing daily for about 10 years...
Tips: find a good teacher who knows well his material and train a lot and often... most important be patient and enjoy your trainings.
I do not do machine training, there are enough strengthening exercises in yoga, however if you like machine training it does not hurt tto increase strength.
Have fun
