@ussoldierrail Is it me or is the engineer looking at you.LOL Think he was giving you a show! TOO COOL,, brother he is even peeking over the counsel at ya. Now that is great. Last week we had a CSX crew at vickors bring me onboard and give me a view and then a good old DASH 8 smoke show moving out a coal drag.

@trainguyONR The GP38-2's use a 16 cylinder 645 engine that's roots blown like the 567 engines, so it sounds a lot like them. The GP39-2 uses a 12 cylinder turbocharged variant of the 645 called the 645E3, which is the same engine used in the GP and SD40's, so they sound alike, the GP39-2 just used 4 less cylinders.
