@BozzmusikAZAD You didn't even get the point: the Pink Panther toon doesn't NEED narration! The action alone is a universal language (except apparently in Germany). And btw, I *am* German and not the least bit proud of it.

@NuGanjaTron Guess why ENGLISH movies for KIDS in Germany are dubbed? English isn't our first language as you should know, so dubs are NEEDED. I'd like to see you watching a German cartoon as a 3 year old child, which could be done right now since you've proven your backward in development. The humor in Germany isn't always that fun, but some comedians in Germany would exhaust those boring comedians in other countries EASILY, so stop to be full of shit.

GERMAN... COMEDY? An oxymoron if ever there was one.
The kind of below-the-waistline, neolithic garbage that passes as "humour" in Germany wouldn't even amuse a 2-year-old.
Check this: the classic "Pink Panther" toon is dubbed (like all shit in Germany) and features a VOICEOVER explaining the humour in rhyme (I kid you not!), because german kids are apparently too stupid to figure out the funny bits on their own!!!

Considering that the likes of Oliver Pocher and Mario Barth have gaines mainstream success in Germany instead of the many more subtle, intelligent comedians out there does not say much in favour of German comedy...

it is just that the americans have a very low-level-humor. they just dont understand the inteligent german humor. and the people in german talk-shows? well, they mostly dont get even the american sense of humor - thats why they are in talk-shows. sad but true
