Made with IMuTube for the highest possible quality. LAME encoded from wav in 320 VBR so that it was not reporocessed by IMuTube, just copied in
Not as good as the original due to dynamic range processing by YouTube, but the best possible

  • Thumbs up if you recognize the graphic as a 5 1/4" floppy disk.

  • In '83 and '84 I must have danced to this song in every nightclub in New Zealand - and a few in California. It was definitely my favourite - and it has really held up over time. People are still remixing the heck out of it. Most synth/drum machine/music of that era sounds so primitive by 2011 standards - but New Order managed to get the best out of their equip so it doesn't have that thin 8-bit craptastic quality. Wonder how they managed that? Anyway, love this track.
