First Photos of Distant Planets Unveiled

Earth seems to have its first fuzzy photos of four alien planets outside our solar system. Three of them orbit the same distant star, Fomalhaut. The fourth circles a different star. (Nov. 13)

I have to admit its the most amazing cats eye at our angle. It shows the beauty of our galaxy.

One day I hope someone sends a space telescope even a small one attached to a probe into interstellar space pointing at our solar system. The data we could gather through comparative imaging could redefine interstellar planetary detection. It would give us an absolute base line for stellar wobble and light dipping.
