@VladimirPostnikov They weren't white. It never states their pigmentation. But through mutations in genetics, we get different colors. They were probably closer to a middle eastern skin coloration. Though, they were the most perfect, beautiful humans (physically) that God ever made. So who knows, but God, them, and they're offspring, what they really look like.

I need you now more than ever Lord!

@VladimirPostnikov Because melanocytes within the skin of those who live year-round in warm climates produce more melanin that is deposited into the stratum corneum of the skin, causing a darker color. Unrelated. Also, Adam and Eve were likely not white, soooooo....

If Adam and Eve were white and evolution doesn't exist, why are there black people?

@lisabeller1: What you are speaking of is actually more of a religion than you may be aware of. You do have a "free will" and "freedom", but scripture is crystal clear in that we don't freely choose Christ. Paul was very clear in Romans 8: we are of the flesh apart from God, and that in the flesh we can't choose God; we can't obey Him; we can't please Him. It is totally arrogant to say that a Holy God, creater of the universe, can't invade our wills in order that we may serve Him.

@gymnastgurl814 God wants us to love Him, and no other gods. but it's the people that made other religions, because God has given us the power to make our own choices. He doesn't want us to be forced to love Him.
