Your assumptions are merely that.....You for one are assuming the people of the Bible were all Semitic, and this is clearly not the case. Historians don't think the Hittites in the bible are the same people that existed mainly due to them being long gone before Rome even existed, they were gone by 400 or so years before hand.

It'd be hard to dispute as the records from the Hittites are from their libraries 4-5 or of them so most records of just about everything can be found out about them.

Your comments on Hittites are noted.Noted to be in error, that is.The Hittites disappeared long before you state, and derive their name indirectly from a Biblical source.The problem is that the word "Hittite" to the archaeologist and the theologian is used to describe two different people groups.Both groups are in the Bible, but carrying differing labels lost over the span of time. The Hittites of history and archaeology are amazing to study, whereas the Bible has them as rather insignificant.
