how do you cut out the volume of the top clip? and leave the volume of the bottom clip?

@poisonswitch This could be due to a lack of RAM on your PC. Or perhaps you installed it incorrectly. The best way to get help is to visit the Pinnacle site and talk to a live member.

When I click on upper video and click "always show overlay track", bottom's video clicks automatically for some reasons as well. Then, I go to the bottom video, trying to unclick, my f@cking upper video get's unclick automatically too. Doesn't matter what I do, it ether both get clicked or unclick. Why? They don't work separate. I am so frustrated. I spent all this money on this software (((((((((((. What do I do??

The program doesn't read my .AVI file recorded from Bandicam.

@ankl98 Are you talking about the black edges that you sometimes see when you insert a photo? If yes, then right click on the photo and a menu will open. You can select "Zoom picture to Fill Frame" or "Show Full Picture" to alter the black borders. I hope that this helps.

@xaddiestarx You could also lock the video track and then select the audio track and then hit the delete key and the audio will be cut. You could also just lower the volume all the way down of the audio too.
