Don't get down because of a gain, this happens. You looked fabulous and that is what is important. You have to understand that there are gains and losses when you are on maintenance. You have to find that magic number of calories that works for the future. Plus, you are moving and you can't eat as well when you are going through all of that.
But, do not let a small gain get you down, keep up the good work. From experience, I think maintenance is harder than losing. Smile and keep working.

apparantely you are not creating the metabolism needed to stay ahead of ur eating habits
OR cut down on the food intake.
250 reps per muscle group or till failure, works. With 1000 t0 3000 sit ups.
NONE of this 3 sets of 10, that's for extreme beginners.
