Cable snapping part 2

This is a caisson adjacent to that of "cable snapping" with an HP14x117 beam inside (the beam was not supposed to be there, so they are trying to get it out). The contractor managed to pull it (yey), only to find out later that it was only half the beam, because the weld snapped at the splice location... How do you easily pull out a 45 ft beam section from inside a casing when it is 45 ft into the earth? Hehe, beats me!!
