  • thank you i watch some of the biggest looser trainers push an obese out of shape person the same way a thin or in shape person ...i think this is sooo wrong as back,knees,hips,wrists r holding up much extra wght. esp' after 40-50,i wish thay would just moderate & teach the safest way 2 get that person stronger in good form,strength 1st.so the person dosen't get hurt 2 early on & avoid the life saving movement thay need 2 master...i love this way u teach moderfaction right up frount.execellent !
