NANETTE LEES FAMOUS CHICKEN SALAD SLIDERS APPETIZER FOR REAL WOMEN OF PHILADELPHIA!!

This is a totally unique appetizer that adds a refreshing twist to an All-American favorite. Nanettes Chicken Salad Sliders are chocked full of nuts, dried and fresh fruit, and offer a kick of cayenne pepper opposite the Philadelphia Brand Cream Cheese. Placed atop a cool crunchy cucumber, each bite delivers excitement making this appetizer a summer party must!!

Prep time: 30 min • Cook time: 30 min • Total time: 1 hour • Servings: 3 dz sliders

Ingredients:

Chicken Boil:
•2 large chicken breasts (bone-in and skin-on)
•3 chicken bullion cubes
•4 celery stalks cut in 4 pieces
•4 cloves garlic - chopped
•1 large white onion - quartered
•2 tsp. salt
•2 tsp. pepper

Salad:
•8 oz. - Philadelphia Brand Cream Cheese softened
•18 - 20 oz. real mayonnaise
•1/4 C - spicy Dijon mustard
•2 tsp. garlic powder
•2 tsp. celery salt
•2 tsp. cayenne pepper
•3 - hard boiled eggs - diced
•9 oz. - sweet pickle relish
•1 ½ C - red onion - diced
•1 ½ C - celery - diced
•1 ½ C - granny green apples - diced
•1 ½ C - dried cranberries or "craisins"
•1 ½ C - chopped pecans
•cracked salt (to taste)
•cracked black pepper (to taste)
•3 - large cucumbers sliced ¼ thick (or as an option, consider sliced baguettes)




Steps:
•Boil chicken breasts in water with chicken bullion cubes, celery stalks, garlic, salt, black pepper, and quartered onion, for about 30 minutes or until cooked fully.
•Remove skin and pull chicken from bone.
•Coarsely chop warm chicken and place in large mixing bowl.
•Add 4 oz. softened Philadelphia Brand Cream Cheese to warm chicken. Mix well.
•Add mayonnaise, spicy Dijon mustard, garlic powder, celery salt, and cayenne pepper. Mix well.
•Add eggs, sweet pickle relish, red onion, celery, granny green apples, dried cranberries, and chopped pecans.
•Salt and pepper to taste.
•Mix well.
•Slice your cucumber (or baguette) and spread on a generous layer of Philadelphia Brand Cream Cheese before placing Nanettes Famous Chicken Salad on top! Dont forget a final sprinkle of cayenne pepper!
•Serve!

Notes:
•Keep chicken stock for use as soup starter!

  • Man... I just TRIED to go get some Lee's, & there was about 15 cars in the drive-thru!!! It is NEVER that busy. Seriously, 9 out of 10 people should be wiped off the face of the earth, or at least shipped off to another country!!! There's too many fucking people in the city... they need to move to the country or something. You can't do SHIT without having abunch of asshole pricks in the way!!! Wipe em out, 9 out of 10 people should be WIPED OUT!!!!!!! I want my chicken!!!!
