I've been trying to find a recipe for substitute bacon for ages, wanted something to go with my tofu scramble or offer as a healthier option to my non vegetarian/vegan friends when cooking. Found store-bought vegan bacon, not quite the same. Thanks for the recipe and all that you do, it helped me and mein friends/family be healthier and get much more animal friendly~ :3
