How to Extract,Edit and Create Brawl Textures-Simple Guide

A basic tutorial on how to extract the image folders from the character .PAC's
You will need Paint.Net,Gimp or Photoshop in order to edit .tga files
I suggest getting Paint.Net since its free and easy to use
Same for Gimp

when i do step 2 extract i dont get a pcs file i get a tmp file

then your doing it wrong but just use the Brawlbox way,its much easier
