Is this congressman retarded? The Fed Chairman works under the laws written by congress...the "missing" 2 trillion dollars could be explained by a Freshman econ student on an football scholarship.... let's hope Bernie is an Alzheimer's patient and so he has an excuse.

He didn't omit. He said NO. There's a difference. He doesn't have to reveal that info. He's not in a court under oath. If congress passes a resolution demanding that info, he would have to reveal it, but they haven't (yet).

@repeatoffender82 I disagree, to me Sanders comes across as a bewildered man who cannot understand why this man is hiding the whereabouts of 2 TRILLION dollars....fuck man I am too!

@repeatoffender82 a lie of omition is still lying! By saying NO to hide the truth you commit perjury

No it isn't. Perjury is lying. Saying No is not lying.

Sanders comes across as a lunatic who needs to educate himself on how the Fed Reserve functions. The Fed has to lend to specific institutions. The terms are clear and they don't gift money. As Ben said, they are short term collateralized loans. Learn what that means or you'll be as dumb as Sanders..
