My brother received an award for that disaster, AF Sarg Derek bro was in charge of the C5-A parked right there. His crew and himself received burns saving lives. RIP Derek, you never told us, though we knew you were there and helped. It's no wonder why he didn't bring it up. He had a plaque in the garage in a box from his unit for that day. He NEVER talked about it.
