I was just testing my recently build T-38 controls in the living room and the transmitter worked fine. Then I removed the prop from the plane, because it needed to be balanced. It took about 10 mins, and I realized that I had left the transmitter on. I switched it OFF, then checked the balance of the prop one more time and attached it back to the plane. Next, I switched the transmitter ON and connected battery to the plane's esc. Immediately the servos went to extreme positions and esc started to beeb. When I took a look at the transmitter, I saw random characters on the display. Rebooting the transmitter did not help.

  • thats good!!

how do you find programming the SX?

  • I had previously Futaba T6X. MPX SX is very different from it. At first the programming seemed very complicated, but now that I have used it for over a year, I think it's very easy. There are certainly enough mixing features :)

  • Yes, I used the MPX Data Manager and serial connection. The program seemed to reset the transmitter somehow and after that everything returned to normal. I didn't even lose any of the model memories.
