  • duude you got an rx8 in thailand.... like total waste of money... got my rx8 for 10,000 euro like 400,000 baht they sell em in thailand for 1,600,000 baht 2nd hand -.- for that money get urself something nicer...

    Sound like know know a lots about Thailand. Did you know 300% tax is effect with all the car that over 3000CC or over 250 Hp?

    My 740li is 8.8 Million bath around USD 270,000

  • Or... have an old engine that burns oil AND runs rich (like my CRX :D) and pop flames that would make the Takahashi Brothers say "DAYUUM!".

  • Most cars run rich with simple air mods (intake, header, etc) unless they're tuned. Removing the cat on a car with a rich fuel mix will usually result in some flames escaping the exhaust manifold.

    In regard to popping flames without engine mods, Rotaries are nothing special. Mazda just took care of the excess oil/fuel burning for ya! :) I respect rotaries (I have a few friends with FC's and FD's). But, yes, they are a horribly inefficient (and still evolving) design.
