Perhaps they 'want' us to 'see them' shapeshift.I doubt it is by accident.If they didn't want us to expand our consciousness,they are smart enough 'NOT' to let us have this information.

this is the digital age that we are coming out of right now... really this is just a mess up of digital proportion. duh. And i am an indigo light warrior. I do believe in all of this. but these videos can be so false.

@Mattthehat2012 Those are two different things. The enhanced fragments of the eyes obviously show traces of digital editing/reconstruction, however, it only serves the purpose to point out the pupil shape. Even without the enhance, it is evident that the reptile-like pupil shape is present. Perhaps he/she went as far as editing all the frames, or perhaps you're trying really hard to stand ground in an argument where you're clearly mistaken.

@Mattthehat2012 The reptilian looking eyes @ 2:20 is the software trying to reconstruct the dark colour of the eyes and the light being reflected back from the cornea. With such a low resolution the detail cannot be made out. I am willing to bet if you saw the same video at 1080p it would not look as 'reptilian'. I don't want be closed minded to the possibility of life in other dimensions, just haven't seen any good evidence of it. I am happy to be corrected on anything I have said. :)

@mrmaybe The typo was an 'error' on my part. As for only the eyes being affected, I'm sure you know with all digital media approximations have to be made. Another obvious thing is the higher the resolution of a video the more detail can be seen and a better approximation or digital reconstruction can be made. The video of George H. W. Bush @ 2:06 is already at low res, with less pixels being displayed, zooming in further compounds this as the picture becomes more blurry.
