Dan had quite a few harder rocking songs like this, but they are relatively unknown next to his softer more popular material. Try "Face The Fire," "She Don't Look Back," and "The Spirit Trail" and you'll see that Dan could rock with the best of 'em!

@pinz2022 --Good question! I really don't know the answer, however, I can respect Dan for trying to show a different side of himself without changing his style. When you listen to this tune, you realize that even though the amp is turned up, Dan's trademark melodies, heartfelt sentiments and integrity are still there.

This work stands out for me as being so unbelievably uncharacteristic of his work. I recall being blown away by his hard rockin'. I bought the album, but the piece was a one-off. Did he just get baked one day and decided to let his freak flag fly?
