  • If you want to see how your government is going to provide you all with great health care. Go to the nearest VA Medical Center & ask a Veteran. The motto there is "Hurry up & wait." By the way....I want the same care as our King Obama is getting. Remember Obama on the campagin trail telling us about personel responsibility? When is King Obama going to quit smoking?? Oh....thats right, we the peasant's, I mean people have to have personel responsibility, not King Obama.

  • please tell me why the healthcare I get for my family is Taxed at over 20%

  • Everfyone thinks that they will get the same level of healthcare that some are getting now. This is so far from the truth. Need a CATScan you won't get it. MRI, unaffordable under a socialized program. Not to mention the long hours of wait and neglect just to see a doctor in the first place. Everyone get in line.

  • How about another government agency?: Medicare.

  • Censoring your comments does very little to instill faith in your leadership.

  • It's all talk, and no real results.

  • We want the SAME health care that you get for life, Mr. Blunt, subsidized by taxpayers. Creating fear of subsidized medicine is dishonest and you, and your insurance company donors know it.

  • Here's the problem with your argument. Republicans say the government (or sorry, guvmint) is the problem, yet they want to run it. It's like an atheist wanting to run the church. You are in essence, saying "I work in Washington. We all suck at our jobs, you should not let us do anything."

No one wants the government to solve all of our problems, but we want competent representatives.

  • How much did health care lobbyists pay you to take that stance? This is just dumb. How much longer are Americans going to believe that we have the best health care in the world while the rest of the developed countries feel sorry for us. If you make tons of money you can rest assured, but the rest of us are screwed. Republicans need to stop putting the needs of the ultra rich before the needs of the middle and lower class.
