Bad Company 2 PC Beta Test

The first half contains a game played on lowest settings and 1024x768 resolution.

The second half is just me showing the basic awesome features of the games, in highest settings and 1920x1080 resolution (my native res.). I play on an EMPTY server in this section, because in full matches the FPS drop significantly even on medium settings.

Windows 7 Home Premium 32-bit
Intel Pentium Dual Core E2180 @2.0GHz
XFX Radeon HD 4770 512MB
3GB Single-Channel RAM
Corsair vx450w power supply
Samsung SyncMaster 2494 24" HD 1080p monitor

Computer RAM usage at idle out of 3GB: about 500MB, which allows 80-85% RAM for the game.
Computer processor usage at 0% at idle, which allows 100% processor speed for the game.

Nothing is over clocked. I actually have attempted to over clock the Radeon 4770 and I get worse frames per second.
My motherboard does not support over clocking too well, and if I can get it to work I can only increase to 2.2GHz, but games won't work.

What I recommend if you want to BUY the game is to have a decent Core 2 Duo, GeForce 9800 or better/ Radeon 4830 or better, and 2GB of RAM or more (3GB if you use Vista)

There are other games out there, and if you must buy this game and you fail to meet the requirements you will be forced to play on lowest settings and STILL get horrible frames per second, and I am NOT KIDDING. This game is at a higher level than CRYSIS. It uses the Frostbite engine which hurts even modest gaming rigs (like mine).

@DuDe1040 If there is a demo available, get the demo. If a friend has the game, install that and test it, because I doubt with a 4450 you will get any thing, no matter how powerful the CPU is.

Actually the 4770 can play the game perfectly on high settings, you just need to upgrade the processor than you're good to go.
