Did you read Gary Taubes' Good Calories Bad Calories? It's also a book on nutritional science. It summarizes the last 150 years of science. How many years of science does The China Study summarize?

  • @greg6ft6

Yes, The China Study. A book which features an observational study called The China Study. Do you know the difference between observational and experimental? Critical thinking. That's what your brain is for. Bub.

  • @JackFook It's called The China Study bub. Guess you should take the "Type My Question Into Google" course before criticizing others. As a speaker you can only cite/reference so many things before overwhelming your audience. Instead, you rely on inspiring them to take action and continue research on their own.

Not a myth. Instead, it's a sale's pitch. In other words, a lie. Why not say that? I understand, your whole series is Myth #. So you can't just end with "Lie #". But then, you should have started with Lie # instead.

Anyway, you blame meat but don't give a compelling argument why. If anything, the data you rely on is all observational. If you understand science, then you know you can't rely on that kind of data for causality.

Instead, of veganism, you should teach critical thinking.

Yes the 1930s show how prohibition works! ;) But organic food shouldn't be more expansive. This will regulate it, because who is so nut and buy pesticide food if organic cost the same!

  • Talk all you want. Tick tick tick. Clock's going. Keep eating that way, and it goes faster. And then it stops.

  • Why is the audience acting shocked? Isn't this most people in society today?

  • Meat has 23% protein and 1 vegetable serving has 3 grams of protein, i would say eat meat. We have four canine teeth, and those are only for eating meat. We need our protein.

The processed junk you can throw away.

The rest that remains is fruits, vegetables, nuts, meat, seafood, and very little dairy or bread.

  • ...that place can't be real.

The name get some grim chuckles, but how would they make any money with a special like that, especially using expensive lard rather than cheaper plant oils or grease?

  • @469jasper That's not a reason to eat meat, of course. But it's disingenuous to say that we didn't evolve to eat meat.
