I was looking for Randall Thompson's "The Best of Rooms" which is of course, a choral piece, and came upon this instead. Well....kudos to all of you!! This was a performance that would surely have warmed Randall Thompson's heart. Very nice.

That was an awesome performance. I've soung that song acapella and could never think of any acompanyment (sp) but that would be great.

yes, we have asked permission to even to have it arranged and perform it and have it recorded. The recording was sent to the Thompson's family. It was an honor to be apart of this experience.

If I remember correctly, the Moanalua High School SWE was chosen to debut this arrangement of the piece. It was quite an honor to be there at the concert where they recorded it for the first time. Hey, Chibigaysha, do you know if that recording managed to get the permissions from Thompson's family?
