This is the routine i did for the all wales pole comp. Had to re-do it at home as the one that was filmed on the night the lights were reflecting off my white clothes and i ended up looking like a long glowing blurry blob I came 2nd which is good for first time performing 1: on an x stage, 2: infront of people , was a blast.
