i am 14 and i have been rideing since i was 7 would this bike be to much power for me if i keep it at low rpms in 2nd gear?

depends on where you live.
Im this one for 3500$.
but I live in canada, If I were to cross the border I could pick up the same bike for about 1500 bucks

depends on how much compression the bike has.
If its not in bad shape, 2000 grand is about the right price even if it needs a new top end.
