My school concert band plays is playing this peice,I play alto sax second chair.I have a few suggestions.In the beggining make it sound legato but firm,as well as add feeling.At measure 11,if you have whole notes,add movement.Watch dynamics and tempo.We usually don't go with what the tempo is and go along with the feeling that we get from the song.And for measure 21 I believe,the eigth notes,be sure to accent and not blare.Make it sound exciting.This is a nice song selection,gives me chills.
