When the guy says "I'm 76 years old!" and it flashes to the Doctor at 1:01, it's like he (the Doctor) is saying: come on! Seriously! I've had ENOUGH!

Now that I think about it, you could be talking about the episode where The Doctor goes back in time and turns into John Smith....but idk if Rose was in that one, I don't remember....ah well....xDDD

I think I know what episode you're talking about...In the beginning, Donna goes to a fortune teller (who's evil, doesn't like The Doctor, wants to kill him, blahblahblah). The fortune teller forces Donna to change her history so she never meets The Doctor, so The Doctor doesn't do all the stuff he did before (stopping the Titanic from falling onto London, stopping the aliens, etc) resulting in his death....Did that help?

Heh, I thought the exact same thing when I first saw it.
Another belief is the guy who grabs Martha is Christopher Eccleston. Neither of them are in these clips though.
