A bit of litters one thing but what abut real criminals, most of the time criminals avoid CCTV and head same place without CCTV or failing that they wear hoodys and baseball caps.
Just seems like their picking on ordinary people who are in a hurry and dropping a bit of litter than tackling the real crimes.
