Anybody who knows anything about nutrition will drink Monavie when they see whats listed in the ingrediants on the back of the bottle. I did and now I feel like Iam going to live to be over 100 years old easy! How will you know you have the right combination? I know people that tried that and got little or no results compared to simply drinking Mona Vie. BTW, if you look closely at what you may spend on all the foods it would take to get a similar balance, you will spend as much or more as a bottle of Mona Vie. Take the list of ingredients and your calculator to your grocer and do the math.
