Editing a demo Ryan created, I created a haptic activity that allows the user to "touch" a cube. Once the cube is touched, it begins rolling and moving back and forth in the "x" direction.

Simultaneously, it moves in a circle in y and z. Therefore, its motion is a corkscrew. It reverses its motion at the extremes, so it is cyclical.

When the user tries to touch it again, it stops moving but continues rolling in place.

Since you are watching this without a haptic device, you can only see me touching the cube. You can't feel it. Sorry!
