Sue his punk ASS! ....... The next time get everything in writing. That includes your request that any and all work done, will be completed only by written consent from you. Write your own terms in addition to the contract they provide. You both must sign and date your request. If they want the work they will agree to your terms.......if not look for someone that will agree to your terms.

sue him for the amount you would have sold the keyboard for because technically he broke your property (even if his intention was to fix it). u can use it now so let him have it after he pays u....

@Johnjon2 Your RIght!! Im Just waiting for the Better Business Bureau to do their thing. They have another week & a half, till i can set a court date. so im just waiting.

I would contact the Better Business Bureau first, I would also write a letter to him about about what you expected should have been done about the keyboard and see if he would be willing to handle it like a man. I guess the final thing will be to head to courts however since keyboard only worth maybe a feww dollars. you may want to think is it even worth it period. he already wasted your time. and that more money down the drain. I had this issue with repairs on my car a few years ago myself..

@1978herman Thanks to You i called the Better Business Bureau. I don't know what i didn't think about that in the beginning. But i'm glad i you suggested it. SO i'm just waiting. they have another week & a half to finish up, then i can set a court date if theres no resolution. =-P
