It's hilarious that Tim Geithner won't answer this question and is allowed to keep his job. Basically in not answering the question he tells investors to put their money into companies that will not be allowed to fall. You can try to say its so much more complex than that but it is not in any way shape or form. Fact is the gov't gave passes to these companies to lump up and become monopolies, the system is no longer compartmentalized. Think Titanic, the whole fuckers going down lol
