Yes, he's right. Apple captivates people because they don't know anything about using windows or linux properly. Mac really has very little potential, whereas linux and windows can be tweaked and made to work exactly how you want them to, and never run into any errors or crashes, only idiots who mess in system files or do something equally dumb have their computer crash.
