The Rock - A Filipino chef curses at Sean Connery

This clip is from the Criterion Collection DVD of The Rock. If someone can verify if the mistake has been fixed on the Blu-Ray version of the movie, that will be great.

When Sean Connery brushes past a cursing Filipino chef, the Closed Captioning / subtitles mistakenly displays [Shouting In Japanese]. In fact, he is speaking Tagalog and saying something about Connery's mother. If you are a native speaker, please translate. This mistake will sure anger some folks.

It's Tagalog. "Hoy hayop!" = "Hey beast/animal!". "Putang ina mo!" / "Anak ng puta!" = "Your mother is a whore!" / "Son of a whore!"
