I just received a beautiful email re: this video....
Way to go Steven!!! Got chills - I don't know the last time I heard it sung the way the people who remember the Depression, who fought in WWII - the way they cherish the song (my aunts, uncles) who cringe when it becomes something frivolous and showy. Robert Merrill used to respect it, but never anyone else. Thank You for this!!!
My late father (wwII vet) would salute you.
