HAARP Australia ELF pulse effect on clouds EXPOSED

Here is a prime example of Haarp's ELF pulse effect on man made chemtrail clouds .
The visual ELF pulse effect spreads the chemtrail clouds folks.
They have to use a pulsing effect otherwise they will create a fire storm in the sky folks ,haarp heats up the ionosphere only the pulse has a constant knocking or banging effect on the ionosphere pushing it out into outa space . Remember our ionosphere protects us from the suns deadly radiation Folks and if they keep hitting it with a ELF pulse wave heating effect it may have some dire consequences. Due to air traffic congestion our plane was forced to park in an isolated part of Cairns Airport. There was a white C130 type aircraft that clearly had spray nozzles & piping under the wings. This was during the Qld floods was the plane used to spray chemtrails for HAARP weather modification? I phoned Cairns airport on arrival in Sydney they said no comment regarding the plane. PS I looked for VH tail or fuselage numbers there were no markings.

@rag5206 One can only presume the words " No Comment " or silence can only mean there is a level of non transparency to the public in fear of litigation . In reality science could of stopped cyclone Yasi .Something to think about ,There is evidence from back in the 50s where they proved they could actually seed a cyclone out at sea & stop it in its tracks or indeed make it worse . seek a man called Ben Livingston, The Father Of Weaponed Weather.

@chotaboy66 Thank u but I don't think these people are concerned with litigation.The Commonwealth govt. uses things like D notices or threats of litigation to suppress open govt. I was a former govt. employee who turned Whistleblower.When they couldn't shut me up they Medically Retired with me with a life time pension. If u want to see how secretive our govt. is attend a Whistleblower Aust. meeting its sad. One Airforce guy lost his job for reporting smuggling by Orion aircraft crews.

@rag5206 Oh I've seen my freedoms being eroded more in the past 10yrs than the 20 before that. Jobs for the boys? I've seen that, as well as sociopath behavior condoned by managers in the gov. Aust cops? I don't think there has been a state force that hasn't had some type large investigation (almost like it's inherited. Maybe from employing sociopaths?)
